Henry Savage, Owner
In 1992, Henry Savage established PMC Mortgage Corporation in Alexandria, Virginia, following the completion of his MBA at American University. Reflecting on that time, Henry notes, "MBAs were abundant, and securing employment was challenging, so I decided to incorporate." The company's straightforward mission was to maintain low overhead, provide the most competitive terms, and act as a fiduciary rather than a mere salesperson.
Over the ensuing three decades, PMC deliberately remained a small-sized entity. Henry explains, "Rapid growth during periods of falling interest rates leads to diminished customer service and financial instability when rates inevitably rise again. I wanted to avoid that scenario."
Henry Savage has gained recognition as an authority and advocate for consumers in the mortgage industry. He served as the weekly "Mortgage Q&A" columnist for The Washington Times from 1997 to 2012 and as a columnist for The Realty Times from 2001 to 2007. Henry has been featured in interviews with prominent media outlets such as CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, and The Washington Post, sharing his insights on mortgage-related matters. Recently, he served as one of the Advisory Council members of United Wholesale Mortgage.
Residing in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with his wife Kathleen of over 30 years, Henry has two young adult children, Charlotte and her husband Giorgi, and Will and his wife Jacklyn, along with a grandchild named Lily.
When not discussing mortgages, Henry enjoys playing the drums in his rock band, exploring the creeks of Charleston through fishing, or skiing down mountains.

Will Savage, Loan Originator
Will joined PMC Mortgage in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of client satisfaction experience from over eight years in hotel management. Will is a third-generation mortgage and finance industry professional. His father started PMC Mortgage in 1992 after working for his father's bank in the Washington DC area. A proud alumnus of the University of South Carolina Beaufort, Will's educational background laid a solid foundation for his exceptional leadership and operational skills. Since stepping into the mortgage industry, Will has dedicated himself to cultivating organic relationships with referral partners and members of the local community. He firmly believes that the cornerstone of success in the mortgage business lies in being a reliable source of market knowledge and maintaining an unwavering line of communication with both clients and referral partners.
In his free time, you can find Will enjoying all that the Lowcountry has to offer with his Wife Jacklyn, Daughter Lily, cat named Pumpkin and their dog, Storm. From cruising around Old Town Bluffton on the golf cart to enjoying sun sets on the May River.

Stephanie McNamara

Born in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Stephanie relocated to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area in 2018. She holds a BS in Recreation and Tourism Management from Penn State University. With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Stephanie transitioned to become part of the PMC Mortgage team.
Stephanie lives in Old Town, Bluffton, Stephanie's off-duty moments are spent participating in fitness classes, savoring coffee, or dedicating her time to volunteer work at a local non-profit when she's not at work.
